“The real you is still a little child who never grew up. Sometimes that little child comes out when you are having fun or playing, when you feel happy, when you are painting, or writing poetry, or playing the piano, or expressing yourself in some way. These are the happiest moments of your life - when the real you comes out, when you don't care about the past and you don't worry about the future. You are childlike.”
- Don Miguel Ruiz
Since my early childhood, I have been producing some quite breathtaking “5 year old” art, which my mother proudly held on to for years. After completing non-art related studies, 2017 was the year when my repressed artistic desire, fuelled by existential questions and wine, finally burst out to express itself.

In my artistic journey, I have come to choose a technique that has now become my signature style: the incorporation of objects into my acrylic paintings. This fusion allows me to explore depth, texture, and meaning in a way that traditional painting alone cannot achieve. There's a tactile fascination in running one's fingers over the surface, feeling the texture and the solidity of the embedded objects. Most of the artwork features 3D elements however some 2D paintings can be made into print versions.

My artwork draws inspiration and makes various references to music, movies, books and humanity’s relationship with technology. The protagonists are mainly depicted in a dreamy psychedelic space scenery. I have always been captivated by the mysteries of space. This choice of setting adds an ethereal quality to the artwork, transporting viewers to otherworldly realms where imagination knows no boundaries. Through subtle symbolism, I invite the viewers to unravel the metaphorical stories. The 90s kids will definitely get it.Thank you for coming to my website.
